Jeudi, le 13 juin

The last quiz of the year in French 3 will be on Monday (lundi, le 17 juin) on negative expressions, interrogatives (lequel?) and demonstratives (celui). Students also have a handout on prepositions with geography due as well.  This will be the last homework of the year. Yay, summer is almost here!

Mercredi, le 12 juin

There is no homework this evening, but since all students received a study guide for the final exam today it would be a good idea to start reviewing for the final!

Mardi, le 11 juin

Salut!

French 3 students took a quiz today.  Also, homework was assigned.  Students have a two-page worksheet to complete for tomorrow's class.  The first page is all about negative expressions.  The second page is about interrogatives (forms of lequel) and demonstratives (forms of celui).

Il n'y a pas de devoirs écrits ce soir, mais il y a une EPREUVE demain en classe qui s'agira sur la section culturelle qui se trouve aux pages 140-141 dans le livre.

Mes étudiants ont pris une épreuve aujourd'hui.  Après, on a discuté la culture français.

Les devoirs pour le week-end sont:

• Lisez les pages 140-141
• Identifier:  le Roi-Soleil, Versailles, François 1er, Chenonceaux, et la Jaconde

Les devoirs pour ce soir sont les Exercises 2 et 3 à la page 193 du livre de français.

Il y aura une EPREUVE demain (jeudi, le 6 juin) sur les formes du futur et conditionnel.

Mardi, le 4 juin

Students who are did not go on a field trip today do not have homework this evening.  Students who went on the field trip have the following assignment due tomorrow:

• Ex 3 p. 202 (future tense practice)
• Ex 12 p. 207 (conditional tense practice)
• Read the two grammar sections (A and B) on p. 192 and take notes on it in French notebook
• Do Ex 1 p. 193

The next QUIZ in French will be on Thursday (jeudi, le 6 juin).  This quiz will encompass a review of negative words (p. 192 in the text) and conjugations of verbs in both future and conditional forms.
